Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud-based architectures, and the operational complexities of deploying enterprise-level Java or Data Science solutions." Experience with Program Governance and a commitment to rigorous risk management and change control practices." Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail regarding resource allocation, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking." Superior communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, resolve organizational bottlenecks, and present program health to C-suite leadership." Proven ability to drive operational excellence, foster a culture of accountability, and thrive while leading high-stakes initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
