Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a strong track record in managing large projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.
