    The Program Manager is the operational leader of the Extended Acute Care unit. This role serves to coordinate the multidisciplinary staff, ensuring program fidelity, and maintaining the therapeutic milieu. The Program Manager actively models trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, advocates for Residents' long term needs, ensures that the unit's structure, staffing and programming enable Residents to develop the skills, independence, and resilience necessary for successful community reintegration. This position integrates clinical oversight, operational management, staffing, financial responsibility and interdisciplinary coordination. The Program Manager is responsible for aligning each staff role with Resident care objectives, developing community partnerships, and ensuring the unit continually evolves to meet the changing needs of Residents.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse Licensure or Temporary Practice Permit required
    • Minimum of 3 years of inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health settings
    • Ability to integrate multiple roles into a cohesive team functioning around Resident care through interdisciplinary and community integration
    • Program development, outcome tracking, quality improvement experience
    • Progressive behavioral health leadership experience, including multidisciplinary team supervision preferred
