Job Title: Program Manager
Job Description
This Program Manager role coordinates and drives the successful completion of complex projects and programs within a high-profile manufacturing and aerospace environment. The position oversees all aspects of assigned initiatives, from planning and scheduling through execution and reporting, while partnering closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on the production floor. The Program Manager sets clear deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and prepares concise status reports for senior leadership. The role relies on extensive project management experience, sound judgment, and a high degree of creativity and ownership to accomplish ambitious goals in a fast-paced production setting.

Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in a production environment within the manufacturing and aerospace domain. You will spend significant time on the manufacturing floor working directly with engineering and production teams, supporting live operations and active builds. The environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, with high visibility and expectations for precision, reliability, and continuous coordination between engineering and manufacturing. You can expect to use dashboards and reporting tools regularly to communicate status and performance to leadership. The setting emphasizes collaboration, hands-on engagement with production activities, and adaptability to shifting priorities as projects progress.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $51.25/hr.
