ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
A. Regulatory Standards:
Assures adherence to UM, QA
Insures compliance with appropriate state and federal laws
Insures compliance with CYF Clinical Standards
Insures compliance with JCAHO requirements
Insures compliance with Medicaid Standards
Insures compliance with CCBHC Standards
Insures compliance with CSSP Standards
Insures compliance with The Centers Policies and Procedures
B. Program Development and Implementation:
Develops, integrates, and implements services and programs enhancing the agency's primary mission
Develops and implements service/program policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services, and reviews at least annually and provides updates
Stays abreast of changes in specialty areas, e.g., changes in regulations, funding methods, mental health assessment and care, newer treatment modalities etc.
Assesses and improves programs performance continually
Assures quality documentation of services delivered in all programs
Recommends space, personnel and other resources to Senior Management
Participates in selecting outside resources for needed services and makes recommendations to Senior Management
Coordinates activities between departmental functions to optimize services provided
Responds to RFP's
Insures all professional and paraprofessional services delivered meet medical necessity
Develops and implements corrective action plan for problem areas within programs
Five years progressively more responsible leadership, supervisory and management experience.
Strong communication skills; Motivated leader.
