    IDR is seeking a Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role involves leading a large-scale enterprise transformation across multiple modules within ERP, HCM, and SCM systems, providing end-to-end program leadership and stakeholder management.

    Position Overview for the Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation:

    • Lead a comprehensive Oracle Fusion transformation project, overseeing over 20 modules across ERP, HCM, and SCM.
    • Manage governance, integrated planning, vendor performance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and organizational change management.
    • Ensure smooth transition from deployment to ongoing operations with a focus on quality and compliance.
    • Provide strategic oversight and ensure alignment with enterprise goals in a high-profile environment.

    Requirements for the Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation:

    • 10+ years of progressive program and/or project management experience, focusing on large enterprise/ERP transformation programs.
    • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM, or similar enterprise SaaS ERP transformation initiatives.
    • Strong background managing integrated delivery across finance, HR, supply chain, and technical functions.
    • Demonstrated ability managing system integrator/vendor performance, contractual relationships, and escalation processes.
    • Hands-on experience with program financial management, RAID, change control, scope, schedule, dependency, testing governance, and transition planning.
