How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
As a Program Manager on the Enterprise Partnership Development & Strategy team, you will help shape and scale high-impact partnerships across Delta's Marketing & Product organization. This role is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, enhance the customer experience, and support long-term growth.
You will work across multiple business units to assess opportunities holistically, balancing commercial outcomes with operational feasibility, brand alignment, and customer impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, deal development, and cross-functional execution, and is highly visible to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, enterprise strategy, or related fields
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience evaluating complex business cases
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise materials for leadership audiences
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
