Technical Program Manager - Client Implementation & Enablement

One Year Contract To Hire

Fully Onsite in Omaha, NE

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility client onboarding, implementation, and integration programs. This role will bridge engineering, product, professional services, account teams, and clients to deliver predictable, secure, and efficient implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management experience, client-facing leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex integrations, migrations, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilitie

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 3 years leading technical, client-facing onboarding or implementation programs.
• Proven experience delivering complex integrations involving APIs, ETL/data migrations, SSO, payment or transaction systems across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to present to senior executives, establish expectations, and drive decisions.
• Technical fluency with cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization patterns, data mapping and transformation concepts, and CI/CD.
• Experience managing dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and client IT organizations.
• Ability to negotiate trade-offs, manage risks, and drive resolution under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or equivalent delivery and collaboration tools.
• Experience creating and managing program artifacts such as roadmaps, RAID logs, decision logs, and implementation plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, payments, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as PCI, SOC, and KYC/AML.
• Experience developing onboarding playbooks and automation for provisioning, data validation, or implementation processes.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Certified ScrumMaster.
