Program Manager

Coordinate with Program Managers to set up customer calls/meetings, follow up on outstanding project items, and schedule additional site visits. Validate program data and partner with Program Managers/key stakeholders to gather updated project information.

Program Manager
LOCAL CANDIDATES only. The role is hybrid with the expectation of being in office in Oakland once a month at a minimum and more if business needs require it.
Duration: This is a 6-month temporary position; however, depending on portfolio need and scope changes, this role could be extended
Pay range: $45.00/hour - $49.00/hour

Scope of Work:
Coordinate with Program Managers to set up customer calls/meetings, follow up on outstanding project items, and schedule additional site visits
Validate program data and partner with Program Managers/key stakeholders to gather updated project information
Run ad-hoc reports and work with others on the EVCP team to streamline existing reporting processes
Provide additional program support while Program Managers are on leave or vacation

Minimum Qualifications:
3 or more years of program management experience or similar experience
BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications:
Strong communication skills - ability to communicate complex processes to others via written or verbal communication
Proven track record of critical thinking skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity
High level of organization/Attention to detail
Familiarity with Program Management a plus
Experience with EVs or electrification highly encourage
Working with an investor-owned utility
