Program Manager - NuSpace

We are a key supplier to the space industry, providing engineered solutions for satellites, launch vehicles, spacecraft and other applications. The Program Manager is responsible for multiple programs, in both development and production phases. This critical role is part of the management team in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing the overall program schedule as well as activities in the customer's statement of work.

- Effectively communicates program schedule/developments to the customer utilizing strong communication and organization skills.

- Manages multiple programs and successfully drives critical path items to completion by advocating for the customer across internal departments.

- Works with internal teams to ensure schedule clarity and alignment

- Communicates actions needed to support the schedules. Identifies blockers and suggests solutions.

- Work with engineering, operations and management to plan timing of new product introductions.

Compensation Range:

This position falls into a pay range with a minimum of 120-160K. Bonus potential TBD.
