SUMMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
The Program Manager is responsible for overall managing all aspects of customer programs. Manage all the simultaneous engineering functions including integrated suppliers to ensure program implementation meets all customers and Company’s objectives. Directs project team members to accomplish required program tasks. Provide commercial support to ensure all customers and the Company’s economic goals are achieved

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
5 + years of leadership and supervisory experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office, and ability to conduct a normal amount of work on a computer.
SALARY
At NMB, the pay band for this role is between $95,643.00 and $143,465.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is a part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of the pay band process.
