Program Manager

Salary Statement: Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $115,000.00/Yr. - USD $191,650.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description:

• Providing programmatic oversight, including task planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and reporting across all assigned work efforts
• Managing contract deliverables and associated documentation requirements to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions
• Coordinating and participating in recurring program reviews to assess progress, address risks, and align priorities
• Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with program stakeholders, contract management personnel, and designated oversight representatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years of program management experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Program Management experience

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
