- Role Summary: As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will drive the next wave of growth for Microsoft Gaming by targeting the New -to -Xbox audience with Mobile and Cloud Gaming solutions. You will manage strategic partnerships with major technology brands, analyze and improve the cloud gaming funnel, and lead cross -functional teams to execute go -to -market strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Responsibilities and Duties:

  - Conduct cloud gaming funnel analysis and develop conversion improvement strategies.
<\/div>
  - Manage relationships with established technology brands and identify expansion opportunities.
<\/div>
  - Lead go -to -market program management, including calls, project statuses, and cross -team introductions.
<\/div>
  - Track deliverables, execute campaigns, manage reviews, and handle partner communications.
<\/div>
  - Maintain strategic partnership roadmaps and report on executed programs' success metrics.
<\/div>
  - Match partners' target market motivations with appropriate game titles for strategic title alignment.
<\/div>
  - Innovate and document processes, create guides, and establish best practices.
<\/div>
  - Define OKRs, maintain reporting on campaigns, and evaluate success against strategic goals.

- MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:

  - 5 -7 years of experience in strategic partner management, particularly with big technology partners.

  - Strong verbal and written communication, problem -solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

  - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
<\/div>
  - Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and presentation.
<\/div>
  - Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations.
<\/div>
  - Experience with subscriptions and understanding of funnel management.
<\/div>
