Description

Job Title:  Program Manager Non Tech 3
Location: Atlanta GA 
Salary Range:  $75/hr to $80/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a business-oriented Program Manager who excels in forecasting, financial management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting leadership through data-driven decision making. Strong financial and operational management skills are more important than construction execution experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Financial Forecasting, Budget Management, and Variance Analysis
  • 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Governance, and Executive Reporting
  • 5 years of experience with Advanced Client Excel and Data Analysis
  • Experience supporting large capital projects, data center programs, technology infrastructure initiatives, or complex cross-functional business operations
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

  • Strong forecasting, reporting, governance, and stakeholder management experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project and program forecasts
  • Track actual expenditures against approved budgets
  • Identify financial risks, budget variances, and forecast changes
  • Coordinate with finance partners on budget planning and reporting
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain project controls processes and reporting structures
  • Track program risks, issues, action items, and dependencies
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports
  • Work across Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Lease Management, Integration, Security, Telecom, Networking, and vendor organizations
