Duties:
Description: Job Summary:

This Engineering Program Manager position will be to drive the development and execution of major capital programs in place for R&D in Burlington, MA: building a pilot plant and a product development lab.
This role interacts with individuals from Strategy, Engineering, and other key Business Units within the Supply Chain, and will partner closely with R&D leadership to drive updates, schedules, and ensure business continuity is maintained during construction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields preferred.
Experience in developing and executing capital projects within Supply Chain.
Experience in the Food and Beverage or Client (Consumer Package Goods) industry is a plus.
Knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging technologies is ideal.
Experience managing and executing project budgets
Knowledge and/or prior experience with SAP, Eskers, & MS Projects is ideal
PMP Certification is a plus but not required. Familiarity with Program Management Standards and Agile Methodologies is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and execution of the pilot plant and product development lab construction
Build and manage relationships with internal and external resources to implement project initiatives.
Manage capital timeline, budget, vendors, invoicing, within the framework of the KDP capital process.
Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation including schedules and progress updates.

Travel – This role will primarily be based in Burlington, MA.
