Program Manager
Summary
TriCom is seeking an experienced Program Manager for our client to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance and operational excellence. This role requires strong stakeholder management, program governance, and executive communication skills, with an emphasis on business leadership rather than technical expertise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
- Experience working within established governance frameworks.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating across business and technology teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Preferred
- PMP certification.
- Master's degree.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Experience building initiative-level governance structures.
- Data analytics and reporting expertise.
- Digital transformation or business modernization experience.
This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity with our MN client.
