Project Manager - Cork Engineering
Job Description:
Project-manage key developments for the Cork design engineering team. Fulfil project-management, monitoring, reporting, admin and documentation commitments to ensure project objectives and schedules are met.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Agile project setup and maintenance
- Maintenance of latest Fab/Assembly/Test costs to facilitate project costing
- Maintenance of latest Fab/Assembly/Test time information to facilitate project scheduling
- Project status monitoring
- Project gate review meeting coordination
- Project gate approval management
- Project documentation maintenance: datasheets, qualification plans, project gate review material
- Project checklist tracking
- Project engineering meetings: document, distribute and track actions
- Part number creation
- Engineering build coordination
- Sample shipment coordination
- Change order approval management
- Procurement: purchase requisition generation (including AMA, CER tracking)
- Document/Generate new procedures as needed to improve project flow and efficiency
