Position Title: Program Manager
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Program Manager opportunity located in Louisville, CO
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Program Manager for Mission Launch and Controls in planning, tracking, and executing program activities for a space vehicle program
- Coordinate across Flight Operations, Engineering, Integration, and Test teams to keep work moving and remove roadblocks
- Track schedules, action items, risks, and milestones, and escalate issues to program leadership
- Prepare status updates, briefings, and reports for the Senior Program Manager and program leadership
- Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and follow through on actions across teams
- Apply flight controls and mission operations knowledge to connect technical work to overall program goals
- Support launch and mission readiness activities, including operations planning and documentation
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in flight controls, flight operations, or mission operations for spacecraft or aerospace vehicles
- Understanding of the full space vehicle ecosystem, including Operations, Ground Systems, Integration, and Launch
- Interest in Program Management and moving programs forward rather than purely heads-down technical work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across teams and with leadership
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to track many parallel tasks and deadlines
- Able to obtain access to ITAR-controlled information (US Person required)

- Location: Louisville, CO (100% Onsite)
- Pay Rate Range: $45-75/hr.
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a) (1), (3) is required.
