As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.     Fleet Transition Management (FTM) team's mission is to steer, shape, and land product transitions into Google fleet at scale, with minimal disruption to capacity delivery by collaborating across cloud supply chain operations, engineering, and Google product areas. FTM team is a part of the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) that is responsible for driving optimal fulfillment and transforming Google’s fleet.

    As a NPI Workflow and Process Program Manager, you will be pivotal to the daily operations cadence of our team. You will focus on optimizing deployment and orderability infrastructure, ensuring we land fleet transitions at scale with minimal impact to capacity delivery. This role is responsible for bringing Technical Program Manager (TPgM) best practices and automation tools to team workflows, advocating AI adoption, and maintaining operational to ensure our team's NPI deliverables are organized, timely, and impactful.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefitsLearn more about benefits at Google.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the management of team deliverables, including maintaining team schedules, templates, deployment strategy, team site, and the framework.
    • Lead essential operational tasks such as kickoffs, governance, and the triage of late workflows to maintain smooth on-time delivery of projects.
    • Conduct bug reviews, including the triage of stale or aging bugs per Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and maintain cadence of status and stakeholder presentations.
    • Drive data-informed decision-making by preparing operational reviews and workflow metrics, alongside managing executive presentation preparations. Improve data analytics when the process iterates.
    • Identify opportunities to implement automation tools, advocate team-wide AI adoption, and drive continuous process improvement to enhance team efficiency and deployment capabilities.
