Salary: $80 - $90 per hour . Purpose Role Summary We are seeking a motivated candidate for a Manager/Senior Manager, PMO for Strategic Projects supporting IFT Excellence. This full-time, 1-year role reports directly to the SPMO Director, working directly with the CRM transition core team. Some business travel may be required.
The candidate will join a dynamic, globally connected team supporting the execution of critical ICEx initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders spanning global, area, and affiliate teams, playing a key role in driving our international strategy. Role responsibilities are mapped to SPMO's strategic service tiers, with emphasis on project management partnership and delivery.
Projects- Support the planning and execution of the global CRM transition to Salesforce:
- Engage affiliates to understand their local use cases and requirements.
- Gather and synthesize input across the network to inform a cohesive transition plan.
- Lead change management and awareness efforts for the CRM transition to Salesforce, ensuring affiliate teams are informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the migration process.
- Collaborate closely with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) for successful system implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Execute PMO activities to enable aligned project delivery across multiple functions, regions, and affiliates
- Support and maintain industry-standard PMO processes, tools, and reporting to ensure consistency, governance, and transparency
- Collaborate with international commercial and marketing teams to facilitate smooth engagement, communication, and delivery of key initiatives
- Assist senior PMO leads and project managers in risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking for business transformation, strategy, and launches
- Prepare project status reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders and sponsors
- Help coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring logistical and content alignment
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum 5 years experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs (business transformation, strategic initiatives, product launch, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to engage with diverse, global stakeholders and teams
- Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams; experience with global/area teams preferred
