Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to support the Gemini Apps business, driving complex cross-functional programs across AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and consumer-facing products. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical programs and product initiatives across Gemini Apps, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness.

Duration: 6 Months Contract (with potential extension based on performance and business needs)
Schedule:Hybrid (3 days/week Onsite & 2 days remote)
Job Description:

• We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to support the Gemini Apps business, driving complex cross-functional programs across AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and consumer-facing products.
• The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Product, UX, Data Science, and other stakeholders to drive programs from strategy and planning through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical programs and product initiatives across Gemini Apps, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive development of AI/ML and GenAI-powered features and applications.
• Translate complex technical requirements into program plans, milestones, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, and other partner teams, influencing without direct authority.
• Identify and resolve technical dependencies, risks, blockers, and execution challenges across multiple teams.
• Support feature and product launches, ensuring teams remain aligned on deliverables, quality, milestones, and readiness.
• Manage programs in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, independently driving execution and communicating progress to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to programs involving LLMs, AI agents, ML systems, experimentation, evaluation, and AI-powered consumer applications.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Program Management, or a related technical program role.
• Experience managing complex software or technology programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, AI applications, or related technologies.
• Strong experience with cross-functional program management, technical dependencies, risk management, and product/feature launches.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skillsets:

• Experience with AI agents / agentic systems, LLM applications, RAG, or AI assistants.
• Experience launching consumer-facing applications or products.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Research teams.
• Experience with AI evaluation, experimentation, model quality, or ML-powered product development.
• Experience at large-scale technology companies or organizations managing highly complex technical programs.
