    Job Description
    The Content Operations Program Consultant serves as the operational lead for Content Operations, supporting the Web, ISA, Banner, App, and DAM teams through governance, process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and operational reporting. The role establishes the frameworks, operating rhythms, and standards that enable efficient execution, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement across the content ecosystem. The Program Consultant partners closely with leadership and enterprise stakeholders to improve visibility, drive accountability, support AI adoption, and translate operational insights into actionable business decisions.
    Responsibilities Include:
    Establish and maintain governance processes, operating standards, intake practices, and execution frameworks across Content Operations.
    Develop playbooks, templates, SOPs, and quality standards that promote consistency and operational excellence.
    Lead recurring operational cadences, including planning sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
    Drive process improvement initiatives that reduce inefficiencies, rework, and operational complexity.
    Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support integrated planning.
    Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and backlogs while facilitating timely decision-making and issue resolution.
    Create dashboards, reports, and leadership communications that enhance visibility into priorities, capacity, progress, and outcomes.
    Support AI governance and adoption efforts through best practices, training, and operational oversight.
    Leverage Smartsheet, Workfront, and reporting tools to improve transparency, efficiency, and operational performance.
    Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across Content Operations.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
    5+ years of experience in content operations, PMO, project/program management, business operations, or a related environment.
    Experience developing governance frameworks, operational processes, and standardized ways of working.
    Strong process improvement, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    Experience creating dashboards, operational reporting, and executive-ready communications.
    Proficiency with Smartsheet, Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related business tools.
    Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with AI governance, emerging technologies, or enterprise technology adoption is preferred.
    PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus.
