Job Description BAE Systems is hiring a Program Manager to support our Weapons Systems division. This role will support the Virginia Payload Module (VPM) Programs as a critical demand to support the US Navy. If you have program management experience and supporting the US Military runs in your core, this role may be the perfect fit.
This Program Manager role is located at our Louisville branch in the beautiful state of Kentucky. Here you will work with a diverse cross-functional team for the management and execution of the VPM Programs. You will be expected to help manage cost and schedule performance, risk and opportunity management, and support future business through proposal development and negotiation. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure program success for timely delivery of critical components to support our US Navy. It is anticipated that this role will require up to 25% domestic travel to support program related meetings, customer engagements, and potential training events.

Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
