Summary Our client is seeking a Program Manager II - Airtable Integration Specialist to support the implementation, adoption, and optimization of Airtable across a large-scale content production organization. This role will partner closely with production operations teams to build, test, deploy, and maintain Airtable solutions that improve collaboration, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting workflow management platforms, tools implementation initiatives, and cross-functional process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys learning new systems, supporting end users, and driving successful adoption of new technologies in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Configuration

  • Support the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Airtable solutions across multiple teams
  • Assist with deployment of workflows, processes, and platform enhancements throughout the organization
  • Configure and optimize Airtable features including linked records, interfaces, and automations

User Training & Adoption

  • Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support platform adoption
  • Lead training sessions and onboarding activities for new and existing users
  • Provide ongoing office hours, one-on-one support, and user assistance as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and understand workflow needs
  • Act as a primary point of contact for user questions, feedback, and enhancement requests
  • Foster strong working relationships across diverse business groups and operational teams

Quality Assurance & Process Optimization

  • Monitor platform performance and validate functionality in testing and production environments
  • Track bugs, identify missing functionality, and support resolution efforts
  • Analyze workflow effectiveness and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability

Project Coordination & Operational Support

  • Support sprint-based project plans by tracking milestones, deadlines, and implementation status
  • Document user feedback, operational requirements, and enhancement opportunities
  • Provide data entry, maintenance, and platform administration support as needed

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting tools, platforms, applications, or systems implementations
  • 1-2 years of hands-on Airtable experience in a professional environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Airtable functionality including Linked Relationships, Interfaces, and Automations
  • Experience implementing new tools, systems, or business processes across organizations
  • Ability to quickly learn complex workflows, business processes, and user requirements
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement capabilities
  • Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and documentation skills
  • Experience working within sprint-based project plans and tracking project milestones
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in dynamic environments with evolving priorities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting content production, live events, studio environments, or media operations teams
  • Background working in venues, event facilities, entertainment, or production-focused organizations
  • Experience gathering and translating user requirements into scalable platform solutions
  • Track record of driving successful user adoption and change management initiatives
  • Passion for workflow optimization, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement
