Program Manager I

Our client, a Consumer Products And Software Services company, is looking for a Program Manager I for their Cupertino, CA/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Generate photorealistic avatars in HeyGen via prompts to build out a worldwide library of avatars for a variety of training scenarios
• Document processes and best practices for avatar creation and HeyGen tool use so they can be referenced, improved, and replicated
• Generate video content with AI tools. Experience using HeyGen for video generation or ElevenLabs for audio generation a bonus.
• Demonstrate awareness for inclusion and diversity and cultural differences in avatar design
• Evaluate and troubleshoot avatar video and voice generation
• Organize and manage multiple work streams and a high number of HeyGen avatars and projects simultaneously
• Continually refine processes for avatar and voice generation into scalable, automated workflows
• Document errors/bugs so they can be explained and diagnosed
• Work effectively and proactively with HeyGen's support team to resolve issues and propose enhancements
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of HeyGen backend/technical details and capabilities.
