Program Manager I – AI Content Specialist
Location: Cupertino, CA
Contract: 6-Month W2 Contract with possible extension 
Pay Rate: $45–$50/hour, depending on experience

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Program Manager I – AI Content Specialist to support the development and scaling of AI-generated training content and digital avatar experiences.

Key tasks and abilities

• Generate photorealistic avatars in HeyGen via prompts to build out a worldwide library of avatars for a variety of training scenarios
• Document processes and best practices for avatar creation and HeyGen tool use so they can be referenced, improved, and replicated
• Generate video content with AI tools. Experience using HeyGen for video generation or ElevenLabs for audio generation a bonus.
• Demonstrate awareness for inclusion and diversity and cultural differences in avatar design
• Evaluate and troubleshoot avatar video and voice generation
• Organize and manage multiple work streams and a high number of HeyGen avatars and projects simultaneously
• Continually refine processes for avatar and voice generation into scalable, automated workflows
• Document errors/bugs so they can be explained and diagnosed
• Work effectively and proactively with HeyGen’s support team to resolve issues and propose enhancements
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of HeyGen back-end/technical details and capabilities
