The Program Manager at ArtiFlex Hercules Tooling oversees projects that drive innovation and excellence successfully in the tool and die industry and has a proven track record of managing complex projects. This position is located in Warren Michigan. Primary Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple tool and die programs from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering manufacturing and suppliers to meet project objectives. Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues proactively. Travel to suppliers overseas on a 4-week basis to Check job status. Assist with tryout issues. Conduct tool and die buyoffs. Monitor progress resolve technical or logistical challenges and ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate with overseas team members to ensure seamless execution of international projects. Track and report project performance using internal reporting systems and documentation. Additional Responsibilities Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in diverse cross-functional teams. Reading and understanding CAD drawings and ability to learn software used. Understanding international project management and supplier coordination is a plus. Position Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Management or a related field. Minimum three 3 years of experience in program management in manufacturing. Experience in the tool and die or automotive industry is preferred. Ability and willingness to travel internationally on a 4-week basis possibly 3-4 times annually. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
