Job: Project Manager for HR Staffing Support ServicesLocation: Washington, DCPosition: Full timeClearance: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Contingent upon contract award The U.S. Coast Guard Civilian Human Resources Office requires assistance to meet additional workload demands. Coast Guard efforts toward automation have created a significant increase in the need for resources for reviewing, classifying and staffing civilian positions. Responsibilities: Serves as the Project Manager for a task order (or a group of task orders) and assists company management in working with the customer's representative, management personnel and customer agency representatives. Provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues to the customer.Under the guidance of company management, it manages the specific task order(s) and ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner using benchmarking and program metrics.Help coordinate each task schedule to ensure that solutions developed or implemented are consistent with the customer's objectives, and the statement of work.Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the statement of work and adhere to financial obligations agreed to at contract award through financial reporting and analysis. Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree; AND two (2) years of progressive project leadership and management experience; ORAssociates degree AND five (5) years of progressive project leadership and management experience. Navigator is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
