    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects of larger, more complex projects.

    Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal.

    Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met.

    Defines and reports program status, development issues and success metrics.

    Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

    Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.

    Manages to budgets. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.

    Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

    Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.

    Adheres to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques.

    Proficiency in MS Office required.

    Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person
    responsible for). This resource will be responsible for working as a Quality Assurance manager for the PSCo
    region; overseeing multiple projects to ensure that the quality program has applicable documentation in
    place. This documentation is to be reviewed and completed for each project. Each project will require a
    project management plan. There is a specific section in that plan that that this resource has the
    responsibility to review. Within that plan, this resource will have to sign off and approve that we also have
    project quality plans. This resource will be responsible for reviewing this with the project manager and
    project lead. This resource will also work on nonconformance reporting should a vendor provide a material
    specification or time guidelines, damage, etc. This resource will then be responsible for verifying that they
    are filled out correctly by that vendor and would then be responsible for providing a root cause analysis.

    What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications required? 5-7 years prior knowledge/understanding of
    fundamental quality procedures/processes with a QA/QC background. This resource must also be safety
    minded/driven. Previous utility experience is not required, however, strongly preferred. Targeting industrial
    commercial oil/gas background. Previous experience in a large/matrixed organization would be very helpful.
    Firm understanding of how a quality program works.
