Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead operational execution across a digital product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient delivery across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities- Drive execution across product, engineering, design, and business teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure predictable delivery
- Maintain an integrated view of the product roadmap across initiatives
- Establish and manage operating cadences (quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, status reporting)
- Improve cross-team collaboration, communication, and visibility
- Facilitate alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholders
Required Qualifications- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environments
- Strong program management and operational execution skills
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software delivery lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations
Required Tools & Skills- Program management tools: Jira, Jira Service Manager, Jira Cloud
- Experience with Confluence
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications(At least one of the following)- Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments
- Prior experience with large enterprise organizations
- Background in eCommerce
Education- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
