Ascension Federal Services, Inc. (AFS) is seeking candidates to support INSCOM’s Scalable GEOINT program. Lead AFS delivery of INSCOM Scalable GEOINT IT support, coordinating technical teams and customer priorities across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

Own staffing, task execution, schedules, cost tracking, risk management, and contract performance.

Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for daily operations and resolve delivery issues.

Develop and maintain the resource-loaded Program Management Plan and project expenditure plans.

Track milestones and deliverables, coordinate technical teams, and report progress and corrective actions.

Maintain quality controls and support transition, vacancy coverage, and mission continuity.

Required qualifications

5-10+ years in IT project management; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven success managing large IT projects, overseeing contracts, and tracking performance.

Required certifications: PMP certification.

Desired: PgMP certification.

Security and assignment requirements

Final Top Secret clearance required at start of work. This is a TS/SCI mission; SCI access is subject to customer requirements. Meet applicable cyber workforce certification and computing-environment training requirements before performance/privileged access.

On-site assignment; shift, weekend, on-call, and travel support may be required. Employment is contingent on contract award and position authorization.
