Program Manager - General Lead

Includes project planning and design, implementing strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensuring, through formal project management practices, that the final product meets the original project requirements. Ability to lead one or more projects, which will involve partnering and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver.

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Program Manager - General – Lead for their Richmond, VA location.
 
Requirements:

• Ability to manage various aspects of business projects, lead meetings, and drive results
• Includes project planning and design, implementing strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensuring, through formal project management practices, that the final product meets the original project requirements.
• Includes intermediate level ability to develop detailed plans and schedules for project tracking and oversight.
• Ability to lead one or more projects, which will involve partnering and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver.
• Ability to quickly connect dots and make recommendations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST and knowledge of Google slides and sheets.
• High level of personal integrity and MUST have great attention to detail.
• High degree of analytical ability to analyze data and highlight discrepancies
• Solid communication and presentation skills needed.
• Strong relationship building skills are a must.
