    Job Title: Scrum Master/Agile Coach

    We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with over 15 years of experience to lead our Agile transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with a proven track record of coaching teams to achieve high performance. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within our organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
    • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and values to enhance their understanding and implementation of Agile methodologies.
    • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well defined and prioritized product backlog.
    • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and performance.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and outcomes.
    • Support the organization in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments.
    • Provide training and workshops on Agile methodologies to enhance team capabilities.
    • Measure and report on team performance metrics to stakeholders.
    • Act as a servant leader, fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment.
    Mandatory Skills:
    • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a variety of environments.
    • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
    • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP ACC), or equivalent.
    • Experience in coaching remote teams and managing virtual collaboration.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations in organizations.
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
