Job Title: Automotive Program Manager

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 6 months)

Pay: $35-$40/hr. DOE

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00-5:00

Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead automotive accessory development projects from concept through launch. This role will partner with Engineering, Product Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accessory development projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive projects through planning, development, validation, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, dashboards, and status reports.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review progress, identify risks, and drive resolution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Communicate project status and launch readiness to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance project tracking methods.
• Escalate issues as needed to maintain timing and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional product development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms s
