Job Title: Program Manager, Infrastructure Systems Implementation
Location: Foster City, CA, 94404
Contract: 6 months
Pay range:   $50 - $55/hr on W2
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office)
  • Client is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of an infrastructure project management platform across all sites. You will partner with Ops Infrastructure, Finance, IT, Data, and other cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into system and data requirements.
  • As the primary day-to-day lead with the third-party software vendor, you will drive requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and rollout.
  • This role will also own the end-to-end implementation and management of the KPI framework used to measure infrastructure performance across the full lifecycle - from site planning and deployment through operational readiness and ongoing operations.
  • You will define the metrics and underlying data requirements, validate data quality, and develop reporting that provides clear visibility into deployment progress, site readiness, infrastructure reliability, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across IT, infrastructure, partnerships, and operations teams
  • Implement infrastructure project management platform
  • Define and prioritize the software requirements needed to support project tracking across every Client site
  • Design the information architecture for centralizing documentation (contracts, site plans, permitting docs, vendor records, etc.) within the platform
  • Define, configure, and validate KPI tracking and reporting functionality within the tool
  • Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback loops between internal stakeholders and the vendor
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact with the third-party vendor through requirements-gathering, build, testing, and rollout, escalating scope and risk decisions to Strategic Ops PM
  • Develop training materials and drive adoption across the infrastructure team
  • Manage project timeline, milestones, and vendor deliverables, report status and risks to leadership
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software implementation
Experience with EV charging, utilities, construction, facilities, or infrastructure deployment
  • Ability to map the full site lifecycle, including permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handoff
  • Experience designing site and project hierarchies, schedule rollups, milestone tracking, and RAG reporting
  • Experience with infrastructure deployment tools
  • Strong understanding of project tracking methodologies (schedule vs. plan, milestone tracking, RAG/status reporting)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups and in ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing project management platforms
  • Experience migrating spreadsheet-based processes and data into an enterprise system
  • Experience in infrastructure, construction, or deployment-heavy operating environments
  • Background in KPI/dashboard design
  • Advanced Excel skills
