For our site in Modiin, we are looking for a Program Manager for Knowledge Transfer and Manufacturing Capability Establishment Worldwide, for a significant role involving the leadership of complex projects in industrial, technological, and defense environments
This role combines program management, business activity, and end-to-end operational leadership - from concept development and engagement processes, through capability planning and establishment, to serial production and long-term plant support
In this role you will
Lead Transfer of Technology (TOT) programs from initiation through successful knowledge transfer and operational independence of the receiving site
Manage and establish manufacturing capabilities at partner and customer sites, including site readiness, equipment integration, workforce training, and production line ramp-up
Build integrated work plans aligned with contractual requirements and program objectives
Lead matrix interfaces across all Elbit organizations and international partners
Identify and lead engagements with manufacturers and business partners in target countries
Manage and monitor manufacturing processes across production sites, while ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, scope, and performance targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
At least 5 years of experience managing complex programs or projects in industrial, technological, or defense environments
Business understanding in contracts, budgeting, costing, profitability, and commitment management
Experience working with customers, suppliers, and international partners
Technical understanding and experience in manufacturing processes and manufacturing capability establishment
Experience in UAV-related fields and / or the defense industry - Advantage
High level of English, including speaking, writing, and presentations
Willingness to travel frequently abroad
