Under a major National Security contract, IAP operates and maintains a facility in the National Capital region. Program responsibilities and services include comprehensive facility operations; project management for minor construction and major equipment repairs; engineering and operations support; custodial services; and environmental, safety, and occupational health support.
As the Program Manager, you will lead a 20-person facility services National Security program. They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth. This position is 75% program-focused and 25% new business growth-focused within the National Security market and Facilities Management and Operations capability.
