Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management or project management.
Experience in the data center, mission critical design concepts, and international environmental regulations.
Experience in policy analysis, policy development, policy implementation, or legal documentation.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with stakeholders.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It"s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As an EHS Program Manager, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across Google"s EHS operations. You will proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver impactful business, operational, and technical improvements. You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of executive stakeholders across various departments.
