Title: Program Manager – Enterprise Integration
Location: Chicago, IL - onsite
Type: 12 months Contract

Description:
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Client's Enterprise Integration initiatives, driving delivery of cloud modernization and integration programs across multiple cross-functional teams. The role will manage program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery of API, microservices, and cloud integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs across business and technology teams.
• Manage program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive governance.
• Coordinate architecture, development, infrastructure, QA, Consumer and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive executive communication, status reporting, and steering committee presentations.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams delivering Azure Integration Services, API Management, TIBCO modernization, cloud migration, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering large enterprise technology programs.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering cloud transformation, enterprise integration, API, and microservices programs.
• Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, TIBCO modernization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD is highly preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite from Client Chicago office.Program Manager – Enterprise Integration

Note: A seasoned -local associate who have abilities to manger and coordinate with wider stakeholders. More formal program/project management & governance . This is not a technical PM position but for sure affinity an execution in cloud/microservices will be helpful.
