Program Manager, Engineering Services

About the role
A senior, hands-on program manager to build a program management function from scratch. There is no existing PMO; you will help design and establish it with leadership, freeing engineering capacity that is currently burdened with coordination.
What you will do
- Cross-team prioritization
- Dependency management
- Portfolio oversight
- Leadership reporting
- Run initiatives using Agile/Kanban or waterfall, depending on the initiative
Who you are
- Delivery-manager mindset
- Strong stakeholder communication
- Risk and issue management
- Technical fluency in infrastructure and architecture (fluency, not deep expertise)
- A portfolio manager who sees across services and drives business outcomes
- Vision for building a program management function; long PM experience is considered, but the vision matters more
- AI familiarity is a plus, not required; automating your own workflows is a bonus
