Drive standardization/ simplification across Reporting Areas

Analyze existing tools to identify opportunities of automations.

Would be responsible for developing tools using VBA, Access and excel macros

Ensures that informational needs of our client and internal customers are met by designing and creating tools, which will help in speed up processing with 100% accuracy.

Coordinating with onshore requirements for automation. Ensure timely delivery of requests

Ability to take on new challenges

Analytical skills with good business sense

Ability to learn and efficiently use tools to access data and analyze data Equally effective working independently or collaboratively Writing and Communication skills in English

In-depth understanding of Infrastructure Support

Prior Experience in Service Level Management .

Desired/Mandatory Skills

? Expert to Proficient in Excel, Access and VBA.

? Basic knowledge of SQL.

? Working knowledge of SAP BI reporting

MIS Reporting - Level : L1 & L2

Relevant Experience : 2 to 3 years & 3 & 5 Years

Educational qualification : Any Bachelor's Degree ( preferably Maths)

1. Any graduate with communication and presentation skills

2. Proficient in MS Office ( especially Excel, Powerpoint, Visio )

3. Business Objects, Crystal reports etc., ( This is must for L2)

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Interact with project/delivery team on regular basis to understand the requirement
• To coordinate with delivery managers for transactions completion.
• Work on Revenue forecast & budgeting, billing, Project initiation, revenue analysis, Inventory (CAPEX) and other activities related to project management.
• Proactive follow-up need to be done with delivery and sales team for end to end closure of project transactions.
• Coordination with different support teams.
• Action items tracking at Senior Management Level
• Client Meeting Logistics
• Billing Coordination/ Unbilled Analysis Report
• RAS Utilization Report
• Staff attrition and governance report
• Resource tracker / Visa Tracking
• Project details reporting
• HCL and Project specific Mandatory e-learning chase and completion to keep project green in Reports
• Onboarding / Off boarding/ BGV/ VDI
• Asset Management
• ODC Access Management
• CSAT Survey tracking
• Audit Preparation, Client audit Presentation

Primary Skills

? Very good at Advanced

? Excel and VBA with minimum of two years of real time experience.

? Daily, Weekly, monthly reports (using excel, VBA, SQL & automated reports).

? Improve and automate existing reporting structure for ease of use and reduced reporting time.

? Identify automation opportunities and create macros based on Macro Express and VBA.

? Conceptualize and design reports showcasing important attributes and trends.

? Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

? Ensures that informational needs of both External and internal customers are met by designing and creating tools, which will help in speed up processing with 100% accuracy.

? Analyzes existing reports and redesigns them for: Ease of use.

? Elimination of duplication.

? Consolidation into more comprehensive reports.

? Interacts with other departments to determine reporting needs and provides expectations for completion.

Secondary Skills

? Basic Knowledge in, MS-Access, SQL server

? Basic Knowledge in Webpage Automation + SQL Queries
