Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing global, Multi Country programs and application portfolios across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and/or other enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a high degree of business acumen.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications preferred.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams across different time zones.

- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle.
- Experience managing regulatory and compliance-related programs in highly regulated industries e.g., healthcare, finance, telecom.
- Multilingual capability or international work experience is a plus
