Job Summary
The Program Manager, Creative Operations will lead creative project planning and execution across PR, Social, and Influencer Marketing initiatives. This role coordinates Creative, Brand Marketing, Production, Merchandising, and external agency partners to ensure campaign deliverables, timelines, approvals, and production requirements are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project intake, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across PR, Social, and Influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align creative briefs, campaign priorities, and execution requirements.
- Manage creative assets, including press kits, lookbooks, social content, and influencer briefs.
- Coordinate production requirements, including shot lists, image selects, retouching, and sample management.
- Lead project kickoffs and status meetings, track action items, and communicate updates.
- Identify risks, manage changing priorities, and ensure timely approvals and final asset delivery.
- Maintain project tracking tools and improve creative workflows.
Must-Have Skills- 4–6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing production.
- Experience independently managing creative projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, timeline management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with PR, Social, Influencer Marketing, and creative production workflows.
- Experience with Airtable, Workfront, Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office.
