Job Summary
The Program Manager, College and Career Services is responsible for the leadership of programs that ensure access and successful college and career preparation for students. The Program Manager works with students, county staff, colleges, business organizations, community members, and personnel in roles directly related to college-going efforts. The Program Manager fosters equitable support for college-going, starting with early foundations and partnering with colleges to extend into college entry up to completion. The Program Manager promotes career technical education programs for the technical skills, knowledge, and training necessary to succeed in future careers, aligned to the County's Cradle to Career Roadmap.

Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution; • Possession of a valid California Clear Administrative Services Credential; • Three (3) years of administrative or management experience in education in a school district or county office of education, including administrative experience at a comprehensive high school setting; • Three (3) years of experience teaching secondary students; • Experience supporting college and career experiences for secondary students.
