    Role Summary

    The Program Manager serves as the primary business lead responsible for planning, coordinating, governing, and delivering multiple concurrent AI and business transformation workstreams across Branch Operations & Support (BOS). The role provides end-to-end leadership across strategic planning, business case development, cross-functional execution, model governance, AI delivery, testing, release readiness, operational adoption, and value realization. The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination across Executive Leadership, Product, Technology, Data Science, Model Risk, Risk, Compliance, Legal, User Experience, and Operations teams to drive prioritization, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, governance approvals, and successful delivery of business outcomes.

    Core Program Leadership Responsibilities

    • Portfolio & Multi-Workstream Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple concurrent BOS initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, business priorities, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
    • Program Planning & Management: Develop and maintain integrated program plans, delivery milestones, dependency tracking, and implementation schedules across multiple workstreams.
    • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Coordinate Product, Technology, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Operations, User Experience, and Leadership stakeholders to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.
    • Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver executive-ready communications covering program status, accomplishments, risks, dependencies, financial impacts, decisions required, and strategic recommendations.
    • Program Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments. Facilitate escalation and resolution activities across workstreams.
    • Change Management & Adoption Readiness: Support stakeholder readiness, communication planning, training activities, operational transition planning, and adoption strategies to maximize business value realization.
    • Model Governance & AIRR Management: Coordinate end-to-end governance activities required for AI-enabled solutions, including AIRR reviews, model onboarding, model changes, model documentation, control validation, risk assessments, approval tracking, and stakeholder alignment to support successful deployment and ongoing compliance.
    • Data Science Partnership & Model Delivery Coordination: Partner closely with Data Science teams to define use cases, prioritize model enhancements, align business requirements, validate AI performance, and coordinate delivery of model, prompt, retrieval, and experimentation changes across multiple initiatives.
    • AI Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Partner with Product, Technology, and Data Science teams to monitor model performance, user feedback, response quality, adoption trends, and operational metrics. Drive root-cause analysis and prioritization of model and platform enhancements.
    • Business Value Realization & KPI Management: Define, monitor, and report key business, operational, customer experience, adoption, and AI-performance metrics. Measure realized benefits against objectives and recommend corrective actions to maximize program value and strategic outcomes.
    • Resource & Capacity Management: Coordinate with BST Technology and Product leadership on resource planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management activities to ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
