Join a leading team in the medical device manufacturing industry as a Program Manager. This role is pivotal in managing customer programs from initial concept to full commercialization in a regulated environment. As the main liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to stringent quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs through product development, validation, commercialization, launch, and production transfer.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D, Tooling, and Customer Service.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing project updates, managing expectations, and resolving program risks and issues.
• Support new product introductions, validation activities, manufacturing readiness, tooling transfers, and commercialization efforts.
• Drive accountability, issue resolution, and project execution across multiple concurrent programs.
• Track project financials, timelines, KPIs, and documentation while maintaining program visibility for leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and internal quality systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience in medical device manufacturing, ideally class II or class III.
• Engineering Degree, preferably in biomedical engineering.
• Strong communication skills, able to handle difficult conversations and provide solutions.
• Proficiency in team development and mentoring newer engineers.
• Project management experience, with knowledge of product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing, contract manufacturing, plastics processing, extrusion, injection molding, assembly, automation, or similar production environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with project management tools and ERP systems is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
