Description
Program Manager
Location: On-site
Compensation: Depends on Experience
Clearance: Secret, US Citizenship Required
Responsible for managing contractor personnel and overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of contract tasks in accordance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from initiation through completion.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Apply Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.
- Implement continuous service delivery improvements.
- Assign contractor schedules and review work discrepancies.
- Supervise contractor personnel and communicate organizational policies and goals.
- Promote innovation and effective risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a secret clearance
- Master's Degree in related field or 12 years' experience
- Minimum 8 specific years' experience as a Program Manager
- PMP
- ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, risk management
