Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Mobile App Launch: Oversee the execution and implementation of thenew mobile    application, working closely with theanalyst and technical managerto monitor and    evaluate app performance.

-Program Management: Defineprogram success metrics, developdetailed project plans,   establish milestones, and allocate resources. Proactively identifyrisksand escalate   challenges to leadership, providing actionable solutions.

-Strategy Development: Devise adata-driven strategyto improvecustomer experience    and driveretention, frequency, and acquisition. Ensure alignment of program objectives    withbusiness goals.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate withcross-functional teamsincluding    marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure program objectives are met and continuously   optimized for performance.

 -Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for allprogram-  related activities, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and    outcomes.

 -Continuous Improvement: Implement mechanisms forcontinuous improvement, and      prioritize new capabilities for the program, and manage theproduct backlogto ensure    ongoing program development.
