    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in D2C ECommerce domain, Agile methodologies, Project Management and stakeholder management
    • . This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements.

    Candidate expectations :
    • Fully conversant with a digital commerce program life cycle and able to handle the risks, dependencies, stakeholders and deliverables
    • Manage HCL team responsible for delivery activities and keep track of overall project timelines, deliverables, Risks and outcomes
    • Convert technical and QA estimations into agile planning and expand into effort $ estimates
    • Able to manage the financials for multiple tracks , managing Forecasting and Actuals
    • Manage & Conduct team daily status meetings (HCL internal and Client Facing)
      • Remediating any Jira risks and escalation of internal and / or cross functional team dependencies defects / issues
      • Management of program execution tasks and meeting needs
      • Knowledge using Jira and Confluence
    • Should have good understanding of commerce technology landscape and platforms for UI, Commerce engine, CDP , Mobile, connected devices etc.
