Temporary Pay: $45/hour
Permanent Salary: Up to $85,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Program Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and client services within a supportive housing and community-based program in Brooklyn, NY.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated human services professional looking to transition into a permanent leadership role while making a meaningful impact in the community!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily program operations, staff performance, and service delivery.

Supervise, mentor, and support program staff while promoting accountability and professional development.

Ensure compliance with city, state, federal, and contractual requirements.

Monitor program performance, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting.

Coordinate supportive housing services, client engagement, and community resources.

Collaborate with internal departments, community partners, and external stakeholders.

Support program development, operational improvements, and achievement of performance goals.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience in supportive housing, homeless services, social services, or nonprofit program management.

Strong leadership, staff supervision, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of NYC housing programs, regulatory compliance, and community resources preferred.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
